1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through this website and to your use of it. The website is operated by Q&Q PPE ([registered company name and number, registered address]). 2. Orders and Contract
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We will send an email confirming that we have received it, but a contract between us is only formed when we dispatch your goods or confirm in writing that your order has been accepted. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown incorrectly, or we cannot verify your details, and we will refund any payment already taken.
3. Prices and Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order using the methods offered on the site. 6. Personalised Goods
Items that are embroidered, printed or otherwise made to your specification are produced to order. Please check the artwork, text, colours and sizes carefully before approving them. Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Trade Accounts
Trade and wholesale accounts are subject to approval. Pricing, payment terms and credit limits for trade customers are agreed separately in writing and, where they differ from these terms, the agreed trade terms apply.
8. Product Information and Suitability
We aim to describe and illustrate our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Personal protective equipment must be suitable for the hazards it is intended to protect against. You are responsible for choosing products that meet your own risk assessment, applicable standards and workplace requirements, and for using, maintaining and replacing them in line with the manufacturer’s instructions.
9. Our Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or goodwill, and our total liability to you in connection with an order will not exceed the price you paid for the goods concerned.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Q&Q PPE or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission. Brand names and logos of manufacturers remain the property of their owners.

12. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes, supplier or courier failure, or disruption to transport or utilities. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
14. Governing Law
